1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1.1 Wrong, Defective or Damaged Product

You may request a return or replacement if:

Evidence Required:
Photos or videos of the product and packaging must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

1.2 Non-functional or Expired Items (Specific to Food, Beverage & Agriculture)

If an item is expired, spoiled, or non-functional on arrival, you may request a return within 24–48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective on arrival:

  • Perishable Food & Beverage items

  • Used or washed apparel items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Home & Garden products that have been installed or used

  • Agricultural inputs sensitive to storage conditions (seeds, fertilizers, chemicals)

3. Return Window

  • General products: 7 days from date of delivery

  • Fashion apparel: 7 days (unused, unwashed, with tags)

  • Food & Beverage: 24–48 hours only

  • Agriculture items: 48 hours

After these timeframes, returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Approval

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4.2 Refund Method

Approved refunds may be issued via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit / wallet credit

Processing time:
5–7 business days (may vary by bank/payment provider)

4.3 Deduction Charges

Refunds may exclude:

  • Shipping charges

5. Replacement Policy

We will replace items only if:
